Hello, hello!
Welcome to my little section of the internet.
I have the exciting announcement of the book blurb for my first novel! (Out July 30)

The cover reveal will be up next week, but first of all, here is the blurb!

Writer's Block by Amy Fowler

Jane McElliott, a twenty-five year old writer, has moved to the big city in search of solitude and the chance to be alone. As she runs from her past, she meets Homer Callihan; a newly widowed ex-publisher who isn’t ready to be single again. 

When the two meet by chance, their plans change; leaving Homer to wonder about living without the love of his life and Jane to doubt the solitary life she’d always dreamed of.

 As they deal with life, loneliness and loss, they try and find out how to love in a world where literary romances aren’t necessarily real life and where bad things can happen to good people.

Update (finally)

For someone that spends most of her time sitting at her desk in front of her computer, I really don't update this very often. I aim to change that. I feel like I'm in a routine now. Hopefully. Moving house is surprisingly disruptive. Anyway! Here's a little update for everyone and what I'm currently working on. -Like A Supernova is finished and available in Kindle and Paperback formats from Amazon! (Yay!) Links are available through the ' Novels ' section of my blog. -I was a part of an Author Event that my local library put on. It was incredible. I was a little dubious before it but it was amazing! There were a few other authors that spoke along with me about their processes and I felt I learnt a lot along with the audience, so that's good! While I'm waiting for my proof copy of The Love Incidents to arrive (before I can actually say it's out), I thought I would post the blurb and a little bit about the book!
