Like A Supernova - Blurb AND Cover reveal!

So, I have been in the middle of moving house and have only just managed to get my computer (with internet) back up and running, but here we go! Like A Supernova cover and blurb reveal! (Finally).

Release date isn't until the end of June and I am so eager for it to get here!


More on the cover in a second. First though, blurb! 


And there we have it! I added the spine design, because I am in love with it! I have a thing for different coloured spines. :)
Okay, so a little about the cover. There are three story lines in this book, however the cover is predominantly only one of them. 
I wanted the cover to be peaceful, a stark contrast to the lives of the characters in between it. The image is part of a scene from the book which I was lucky enough to find. 

Everything else came together perfectly for it. I had the image in mind when I first started writing this book (which is probably why the scene on the boat ended up in the book in the first place) and everything fit together once I started playing around with the colouring and text!

Update (finally)

For someone that spends most of her time sitting at her desk in front of her computer, I really don't update this very often. I aim to change that. I feel like I'm in a routine now. Hopefully. Moving house is surprisingly disruptive. Anyway! Here's a little update for everyone and what I'm currently working on. -Like A Supernova is finished and available in Kindle and Paperback formats from Amazon! (Yay!) Links are available through the ' Novels ' section of my blog. -I was a part of an Author Event that my local library put on. It was incredible. I was a little dubious before it but it was amazing! There were a few other authors that spoke along with me about their processes and I felt I learnt a lot along with the audience, so that's good!
